By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Yayanal website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all users and complies with applicable U.S. laws.
1. Order Rules
- Your order is a binding offer; we may accept/reject it (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors). Only formal confirmation emails (sent within 1-2 business days post-payment) validate orders.
- Prices are in USD, subject to change. We correct pricing errors by canceling orders and refunding payments. Stock is indicated on the Site, with quantity limits reserved.
2. Payment & Shipping
- Payment: Only PayPal is accepted (see Payment Method). Full payment is required at checkout; failed authorization (insufficient funds, errors) cancels orders. Prices exclude taxes, added at checkout.
- Shipping: Refer to Shipping Policy for fees, eligible regions (U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Alaska), and timelines. We aren’t liable for carrier/weather delays or incorrect addresses. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Follow Return & Exchange Policy (30-day window for eligible items, RA number required). Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account; no cash/store credit.
4. User Responsibilities & Intellectual Property
- Provide accurate order/account info; you’re liable for unauthorized account use.
- Site content (text, images, logos) is our intellectual property—no reproduction/distribution without written permission.
5. Liability & Termination
- We aren’t liable for indirect/consequential damages; total liability caps at your order amount.
- We may terminate your access for violating terms or unlawful behavior. Surviving clauses (intellectual property, liability limits) remain in effect post-termination.
6. Governing Law & Contact
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through friendly negotiations.
