1. Eligible Shipping Regions & Restrictions
- Eligible Regions: Contiguous United States (mainland), Hawaii, and Alaska (unified shipping standards apply to all three regions).
- Restricted Regions: International shipping (including countries outside the US, territories, and overseas possessions) is not available at this time. PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses are also not supported—please provide a physical residential or business address.

- Notes: All timeframes (processing and delivery) refer to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Natural days (including weekends and holidays) are not counted.
3. Free Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $18 (after discounts, before taxes) shipped to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, or Alaska.
- No other free shipping options apply beyond the above condition.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
- For shipments within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
- Since international shipping is not offered, there are no cross-border customs fees for eligible orders.
5. Additional Notes
- Processing time is the period required to prepare and dispatch your order—shipping time begins after dispatch.
- Estimated delivery times are for reference only; delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons (e.g., holidays), or incorrect address information.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. Please verify your address before checkout.
