1. Accepted Payment Method
- PayPal: Including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, debit cards, or credit cards associated with your PayPal account. All payments are processed through PayPal’s official secure payment gateway, adhering to global payment security standards (e.g., PCI DSS) to protect your financial information.
2. Payment Process
- Complete Your Order: After selecting products and confirming your shipping address, proceed to the checkout page.
- Select Payment Method: Choose "PayPal" as your preferred payment option.
- Redirect to PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal’s official secure page to log in to your PayPal account (or create a new account if you don’t have one).
- Confirm Payment: Verify the order amount, select your preferred funding source (PayPal balance, bank account, or card), and confirm the payment on PayPal’s page.
- Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, you will be redirected back to Yayanal’s order confirmation page. We will also send an order confirmation email to your registered email address within 1-2 business hours.
3. Payment Security & Notes
- Secure Transaction: All payment data is encrypted and transmitted via PayPal’s secure channel—Yayanal will never access or store your PayPal account password, bank card details, or other sensitive financial information.
- Payment Authorization: Your payment will be authorized immediately upon confirmation. If the authorization fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, or network issues), please check your PayPal account status or contact PayPal customer support for assistance.
- Order Processing: Once payment is successfully authorized, we will start processing your order within the specified processing time (1-2 business days, as stated in our Shipping Policy).
- Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original PayPal account (see our Return & Exchange Policy for details). Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on PayPal’s processing cycle.
