Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Time Window: We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Applicable Scenarios: Returns are only approved if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the product description. Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Item Requirements: Eligible returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact. Damaged or altered items (beyond normal inspection) will be rejected.
2. Required Steps for Returns
- Request Return Authorization: Contact our customer service via email at service@yayanal.com to apply for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, item name, detailed reason for return, and photos/videos of defects/damage (if applicable).
- Await Return Label & Address: Do NOT ship the item to our regular correspondence address. We will provide a prepaid return label and designated return address via email within 1-2 business days after approving your return request.
- Package & Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer box. Attach the prepaid return label to the package and ship it via the specified carrier—no additional shipping cost is required from you.
3. Fees & Shipping Responsibilities
- Return Shipping Fee: Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We cover all logistics costs via the prepaid return label provided.
- Return Processing Fee: No additional processing fee is charged for eligible returns.
4. Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets eligibility requirements), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal). No cash, store credit, or alternative payment refunds are available.
- Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account (processing time varies by provider).
5. Exchange Policy
- We do NOT offer direct exchange services. If you need a replacement for a defective/damaged item, please complete the return process first and place a new order separately after receiving your refund.
6. Important Notes
- Returns shipped without a valid RA number, using an unapproved shipping method, or to an incorrect address (not the designated return address) will be refused or discarded, with no refund issued.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during return shipping if the prepaid label is not used.
- Items returned after the 30-day window, or failing to meet eligibility requirements, will be returned to the customer at their own cost (if requested) or disposed of.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
